Dear All,

The given code works fine if I use it on separate page. I am using spry tab panels with 3 tabs. If I add gridview in first tab for freezing columns and header then it works fine. But when i add this grid in 2nd or 3rd tab then it gives error in .js file(GridviewScroll.min.js) saying "Invalid Argument". I tried to fix it out but unable to fix. Please help me out.

You must make sure the gridview is visible, then call gridviewscroll apply to gridview.

If you use other jQuery plug-in with gridviewScroll, call gridviewScroll first!

If you use other tab control(asp.net), you must call gridviewscroll after tab "Show" in client-side.

Dear Likol,

I agree with this point, even i am facing the same problem. It is not working if we place gridview in one tab and setactivetab to another tab. Gridviewscroll dosent work at all.

Please help us in this point.

I ended up just creating a radio button list and styled it to look like tabs, it worked pretty well.

Dear All,

I will find some time to do an demo use AjaxToolkit's TabContainer.

it is a good solution but if you use controls, gridview doesnt exist OnClientActiveTabChanged="ClientActiveTabChanged"

sorry for my English¡

I want to say that the gridview is in other place.
With you code, and this, the problem is solved

(in Masterpage o anywhere are tabs)

function ClientActiveTabChanged(e) {
$('#tabContenedor_TabPanel2_tab2_grid2').gridviewScroll({
width: 500,
height: 200
});
}

if you put this

function ClientActiveTabChanged(e) {
$('#<%=grid2.ClientID %>').gridviewScroll({
width: 500,
height: 200
});
}
VS says that grid2 doesnt exist

Likol, thanks very much¡¡¡
