Hi,

The html table <th> and <td> are getting dynamically generated in my JSP file.

The table structure in the JSP is as below.

<table>
<tr>
<iterator id="columnList">
<th></th>
</iterator>
</tr>

<iterator id="rowlist">
<tr>
<iterator id="columnList">
<td></td>
</iterator>
</tr>
</iterator>
</table>

On IE when I apply gridViewScroll on this, table doesnt get displayed on browser. But on Firefox it works perfectly. I apply the gridViewScroll class on ducment.ready after the table is completed generated by the DOM.

It would be greatful if I get some breakthrough in fixing this issue.

Sorry! Currently we do not have a way to support this structure.

I hope future when we have enough resource we can do this.

Thanks for the quick reply Likol.

This is working perfectly on Firefox. The issue is only with IE. What might be the browser specific issue?

I am not very sure, but I think that is the problems caused by the DOM.

Hi Likol,

I have debugged the issue and found "*PanelItemContentFreeze" div is getting completely overlapped on "*PanelItemContent" in IE.

On Forefox, "*PanelItemContentFreeze" is overlapping only the desired columns which are to be freezed.

How is the width of the "*PanelItemContentFreeze" is calculated for it to to match the the cumulative width of the columns to be freezed?

I found an interesting thing! The structure is fine in IE10 when you apply gridviewscroll.
But it is not working in IE8 IE9.

I got some error in my test. I think that the only way to fix issue requires a lot of time

I hope future when we have enough resource we can do this.
